Our expertise stems from more than 15 years of experience in the industrial sector—particularly in the food industry—designing, manufacturing, and assembling machinery. This track record has allowed us to gain extensive hands-on experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, adjustments, assembly, and technical problem-solving.

After years dedicated to industrial manufacturing, we decided to focus all that experience on a new goal: designing and manufacturing hard-to-find parts, discontinued replacement parts, and solutions that the traditional market no longer offers.

In addition to this experience, we have spent more than 10 years working with 3D manufacturing and printing, developing functional parts and turning real needs into solutions that can be remanufactured whenever needed.

A key part of our work is dedicated to developing replacement parts for vehicles, especially discontinued components, those worn out over time, or those that are difficult to find new.

We work with a wide range of vehicles, including models such as the Nissan Terrano II, Nissan Patrol, and many other classic vehicles or those with parts no longer in production.

Our catalog continues to grow every day, incorporating new designs, replacement parts, and solutions to keep vehicles running that still have many years and kilometers ahead of them.

We study its function, geometry, mounting points, assembly, and conditions of use to develop a functional solution tailored to each application.

At TECNOMAI, we design and manufacture our own products in Spain, using technical materials selected according to the needs of each application.

The development work behind our products extends beyond our facilities. We hold designs that are registered and protected throughout the European Union, supporting TECNOMAI’s in-house developments and demonstrating our commitment to design, innovation, and the creation of original solutions.

Our catalog includes exterior and interior components, mounts, adapters, repair parts, and other replacement parts developed to bring back items that had disappeared from the market.

From industrial experience to a new way of manufacturing replacement parts

We have moved beyond our earlier phase dedicated to the manufacturing and assembly of industrial machinery to focus on what defines TECNOMAI today: developing solutions for those parts that people need but can no longer find.

3D printing allows us to produce on demand and makes it feasible to bring back certain replacement parts without relying on large-scale industrial production runs.

We continue to design, test, and expand our catalog on an ongoing basis.

Because when a manufacturer stops producing a replacement part, the need for that part doesn’t disappear.
